Order processing

All of your new lingerie or swimwear is ethically handmade, just for you, by the ColieCo Studio team, and is ready to ship in just 1-2 weeks.

We'll send you an order confirmation notification when your order is received, and an order dispatch confirmation, including the tracking number for your package, when your order is shipped.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from our studio in Portugal by carbon neutral services. 

We ship all orders worldwide for free, excluding the United States. Customers in the US benefit from free shipping on orders with a value over $300. Orders under $300 are charged a flat rate of $40.

All international orders are shipped by priority, express airmail with international tracking, except to the US. US orders are shipped by UPS Expedited, with fully inclusive pre-paid duties and international tracking.

Portugal - usually 1 to 2 business days
Europe - usually 3 to 5 business days
United States - usually 3 to 5 business days
Rest of the World - usually 5 to 7 business days

Although the services we use are incredibly reliable and consistent, please be aware that occasionally shipping delays can occur. 

For this reason, we strongly advise ordering as early as possible before special occasions, particularly at busier times of the year, in order to avoid any potential disappointment. Please remember to factor in our 1-2 week production time when ordering.
