If you have received an item that doesn't fit your body shape as you'd expected but you are otherwise happy with, we will always offer to adjust the garment to fit you, free of charge.
All we ask is that you contact us before returning garments so we can determine how we can best help you, and that you pay return shipping costs.
Returns and exchanges
If you are otherwise unsatisfied with an item, it can be returned and exchanged provided you contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 21 days of delivery.
Please note that due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they were delivered damaged or defective:
- Intimate items, including panties (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Custom orders
- Sale items
Conditions of return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for the safe receipt by ColieCo of any returned items.
Where an item is being returned from outside the EU, please complete and affix the appropriate customs declaration form, clearly marking the package as a customer return to ensure no customs charges are incurred. ColieCo cannot accept and will refuse to pay customs charges relating to returned items.
In the case that a returned item is not received by ColieCo in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
We are unable to accept the cancellation of an order once its production has begun.
This includes any request to cancel a shipped order due to refusal by the customer to pay applicable import tax and/or customs charges.
ColieCo garments are lovingly made-to-order by highly skilled garment technicians and from only the highest quality materials - in short, they are made well, and they are made to last.
But as we are committed to ensuring that customers get the very best and longest possible wear from their ColieCo garments, in the unlikely event that you might ever need help with an item damaged through wear and tear, we also offer a free repair service.
All we ask is that you contact us before returning your garment so that we can determine if and how we can help with a repair, and that you pay return shipping costs.
