If you are in any way unhappy with your order, please contact us at email@example.com, and we'll get back to you super-quick.
If you have received an item that doesn't fit your body shape as you'd expected but you are otherwise happy with, we will always offer to adjust the garment to fit you, free of charge. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns and exchanges
If you are otherwise unsatisfied with an item, it can be returned and exchanged provided you contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 21 days of delivery.
Please note that due to their nature the following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they were delivered damaged or defective:
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Custom orders
- Sale items
Conditions of return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for the safe receipt by ColieCo of any returned items.
Where an item is being returned from outside the EU, please clearly mark the package as a return to ensure no customs costs are incurred. ColieCo cannot be held responsible for customs costs relating to returned items.
In the case that a returned item is not received by ColieCo in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
