Shipping update for US customers
Free shipping to the US
We're happy to announce that we're once again able to offer free shipping on all orders from customers resident in the US.
Through our partner carrier, CTT, we're able to resume shipping via priority, express Airmail with:
- Fully inclusive pre-paid duties (meaning no delays in US customs and no surprise charges when you receive your order)
- 3 to 5 business day delivery across the US
- Live international tracking
- 100% carbon neutral delivery
Returns, repairs and adjustments
Due to the current tariff regime (which sees re-imported goods subject to the reimposition of duties) and associated handling and administration fees, we are temporarily unable to accept the return of garments by customers resident in the US for exchange, repair or adjustment.
