This weekend, we're super excited to be launching our new KALEIDOSCOPE lingerie set, and delighted to offer mailing list subscribers a first look!
KALEIDOSCOPE was inspired by the mid-20th century explorative, abstract art of the Colour Field movement, originating in 1940s New York and led by the pioneering Mark Rothko and Helen Frankenthaler, and the later West Coast Hard Edge movement of Lorser Feitelson, June Harwood and Helen Lundeberg.
Beyond the unique shapes, structures and tones of these pieces, we wanted to create really special feeling garments. So firstly, we've used silky, sheer reclaimed luxury lingerie mesh to realise the colour blocks, giving a delicate semi-translucent, semi-opaque coloured glass effect. Then we've worked extensively on the cup shape of the bra and the cut of the leg swoop, for example, to find you the smoothest, most supportive and comfortable fits.
We hope you love the results.
