I was delighted to receive my order from ColieCo. It was wrapped beautifully, I honestly expected it to just be loosely in a mailer bag but it came in a box with tissue paper! RE: product/customer service. Since I'm a petite person, I asked ColieCo. ahead of time on sizing (which was super quick to respond and helpful). The only thing is the straps have no elastic, so it was time trying it on at first. But, it's adjustable :)

Lovely item and great customer service. I bought a bra and pants set for my wife for Christmas which she really liked but unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. After contacting Nicole and letting her know the issue she was happy enough to replace with the correct size. Nicole let me know the steps to take for returning the item and kept me updated with the progress of the replacement. Really pleased with the help she offered me and the product is great as well, looks amazing and I’m so glad it’s from a more sustainable source than most items on the high street. I love it, it fits...BUT after wearing the straps for awhile...there abrasive and kinda itchy. and while the look of the back is interesting it feels SO weird with how its cut to go up in the mid back.
super easy to breastfeed in tho&does cover my boobs which is what I asked for. the print is also so so so so cute.
